Why is Windows Mobile missing there? Negative satisfaction rating? Now, seriously.
P.S. - Please, get over the usual argument about how all iPhone owners are Apple fans, therefore they lie and they’re displeased with the phone but they still say it’s great — it’s rubbish. People who actually can afford it and don’t mind paying the exorbitant monthly fee are pretty satisfied with the mobile phone as one can see.

I think it’s quite obvious… Windows Mobile isn’t a Cellphone Manufacturer.

they have bad batteries (or bad battery management) and provide less for more money.
and they crash a lot. at least some models.
that’s what i’ve learned from ppl who own them. i owned 1 too. never again.
now i have an motorola E1000 and man, that baby pwns nokia :P
dunno why some ppl say E1000 sucks. it never gave me problems. ever. best phone i had.

I’ve always had Nokias but the satisfaction I get off of the iPhone is not comparable!
