Ladies and gentlemen, start the photocopiers
If this isn’t a copycat of the iPhone interface, hell freeze over!
For those who have any doubts whatsoever that the iPhone was a revolution, take a look at the fact that everyone’s trying to resemble the iPhone’s touch screen and the very simple and pleasing UI. LG Viewty, Microsoft with Windows Mobile 7 and even Nokia.
Anyway, regardless of being copycats or not, Windows Mobile 7 definitely looks like a step forward. Well, actually, anything compared to previous versions of Windows Mobile (5, 4, CE, etc..) is by leaps and bounds a step forward.
P.S. - Yes, I own a WM5 powered phone and it’s the biggest nightmare you could ever wish. So much it’s standing on my bookshelf.
