If they’re censoring…

We’ll show!
So it seems that ABC is censoring Dennis Kucinich, a quite interesting Democrat Presidential candidate. No big news. Since I arrived to the USA I heard 1 (one) news about Iraq. One single news. NBC, FOX, CBS, you name it. Bad news or critics to the Government are simply not broadcasted.
It’s up to us, bloggers, to raise the awareness of the presidential candidates, to avoid having another Bush ruling for a couple of more years.
Also, if you’re wondering which candidates matches you the best, take this presidential quiz. Oh yes, Kucinich was the first result, followed by Obama and Hillary. Giuliany or McCain got negative results. It’s unbelievable how those guys have publicly supported torture and the occupation of the Guantanamo Bay.

he was the first on my list as well, when i took the quiz, and i’m surprised i’ve never heard of him before today! :|
he seems like a decent man with his head on the right issues, but whoever is censoring him seems to be doing a pretty good job.
Yeah, along with Obama they seem pretty decent candidates. I like Hillary too but I’m sure if she would be able to handle the pressure. I’d like to see a woman as President, though.
Ironically, you should turn to Comedy Central if you wish to learn about Iraq, Presendential Candidates, bitches that won’t shut up (Anne Colver?), lies, bush’s mistakes, etc. lol
The Daily Show is able to provide a lot of real news while making fun of/making up/making a parody of news in general. Ironic, to say the least.
(Ops, sorry, I meant Ann Coulter up there.)
(concerning @André’s comment) Ah yes, that’s what they meant by “the american way”. You can say everything you want, just as long as it sounds like a joke.
Mario, you’ve been in there long enough to tell me: What will it take to wake the american people from their state imposed “Litargy of the Masses”?
Ahh JP Antunes, you stole my next post. That’s a very interesting point. Individually, people fight for their causes. Martin Luther King did it. A lot of others did it too. But as a whole people just don’t care as long as they have low taxes (and the Republicans keep promising that) and a lot of McDonalds and Soda.
By the way, I suppose you meant liturgy!
Sorry Mario, hope you post about it just the same, i always enjoy reading your stuff.
About liturgy / litargy = you actually got me confused here. Liturgy is a religious service (or so i understand it), litargy seems to be an auld-english term (i actually use it in plain english, tough) meaning passivism and absence of action.
Also, it was in quotes because it’s a quote from a Hillary Clinton’s speech.
Ok JP Antunes, then I got it right. I interpreted as passivism but litargy does not exist anymore (so it seems, according to Google and some dictionaries) so I was kind of wondering.
Anyway, my reply was considering litargy and not liturgy :-) It’s a great food for thought!
