and you use Wordpress then the Bloppy Wordpress Plugin is for you.

This plugin lets your users track a post comments and receive a notification on their email each time there’s a new comment. This is also a great of way of making sure your users pay another visit to your blog.

The plugin is still in beta status for bug hunting. Installation is stupidly easy: drop the track-with-bloppy.php file into your Wordpress plugins folder and active it. Done. If you used Subscribe with Comments before just make sure you delete the record sg_subscribe_settings from the Options table of your Wordpress database.
