Malcolm Gladwell: What we can learn from spaghetti sauce

This one is old (2004) but nonetheless very interesting. It kind of shows why Starbucks succeeded and became a huge money machine. Variability.
Just to spoil it a little bit, a simple question. Does anyone like coffee the same way?
