I’ve just finished reading “Don’t make me think” by Steve Krug. It is not earth shattering but the insights on the usability tests are very interesting. I tried that with my girlfriend and noticed some huge faults on blogaqui.com that otherwise would go unnoticed.
As per Bruno Figueiredo’s suggestion (Chairman of the Portuguese Association of Usability), I’m now reading “The Design of Everyday Things” (originally “The Psychology of Everyday Things”) by another heavy weight in the Usability world: Donald Norman.
I’d definitely love to do some research on psychology applied to computer science.
Também estou a ler o Dno’t Make me Think. Estou a curtir, por acaso estou a conseguir sacar muita info útil e ver que sou uma autêntica nódoa em usabilidade! :P
Sim, e’ um bom livro para nos apercebermos “das pequenas coisas” (que sao tudo menos pequenas em termos de Usabilidade) :-)
