Google Calendar
- Published April 16th, 2006 in Google
Three days off to a small village populated by friendly people and here I am facing a bunch of news.
The one deserving highlighting is the launch of Google Calendar. Remember me saying that I hate web calendars? Forget it. Google Calendar is almost as cool as iCal but outperforms it since it works in any operating system capable of running a browser like Mozilla Firefox (it seems that it doesn’t run in Safari but I really don’t give a damn about it since I rarely use it)
So, it’s as simple as any other thing Google made (except Analytics that’s too much bloated) and has a lot of useful functionalities. You can actually move an event all way around the calendar — pretty like any other native calendar.
It’s a must try. Now I’ll be off moving my calendars to Google Calendar.. :-)
