Manager 2.0

Another great article from Creating Passionate Users, it compares the Manager 1.0 versus Manager 2.0 (using the same logic that sustains Web 2.0).
Pretty insightful and is a nice metaphor to what Web 2.0 actually is. Contrary to what most people think, Web 2.0 is not about using pastel colours, Ruby on Rails or rounded corners. Web 2.0 is a lifestyle — communication, communities, blogging, social networking. User-centered, peer to peer contacts. This is why del.icio.us (for instance) makes part of the Web 2.0. It couldn’t be for any other reason.
