Some links..

Here are a bunch of links worth having a read:
- How to convince management about using Free Software solutions. Yes, those guys who blandly say “Open Source?” without ever — ever — trying to learn something about the subject;
- An opinion-maker suggesting the evidence of two ways Microsoft uses to sabotage Linux desktop adoption (although that is not a problem only concerning Microsoft. In my opinion, two of biggest barriers for the Linux proliferation on the desktop are the OEMs and the manufacturers who [are pressured to] ignore it);
- Two (1,2) interesting personal comparasions of Perl vs Ruby vs Python (both evaluating Ruby and Python after thinking about replacing Perl — not suited for Perl addicts ;-)
- The geekiest job listing ever. Makes me remember the EA recruiting ad:
char c[14] =
{110,111,119,32,114,101,99,114,117,105,116,105,110,103};
(doingprintf("%s", c)would spare you from consulting an ASCII table)
