Not to be taken too seriously but it’s still funny :-) It’s the Web 2.0 Validator that checks your website against some defined rules specified by users to define a Web 2.0 website.
Mine failed to be Web 2.0 for some reasons according to this site but definitely the most funny one was not referring Ruby :-) Actually, I do.
