Everyone’s doing its Ubuntu derivate (not forks() though). Xubuntu is based on XFCE4 and Gnubuntu aims at being blessed by FSF by including only Free Software packages. These are not forks since they use the main branch and extend it.
Ubuntu is so hot right now :-) A kind of AJAX/Ruby/Python but as a GNU/Linux distro!

I like Ubuntu too =) Changed from Fedora Core 4 to Ubuntu 5.10, soon I’ll release a tutorial to set up working speedtouch modem adsl.. maybe It will be published at Bits & Bytes.
