My grandfather needs an artifical heart while he waits for an heart transplant. Besides costing a lot (± 100 thousand dollars) he has to pay 21% IVA! You see, you go buy a Porsche and then an artificial heart, so applying 21% of taxes makes all the sense in the world.
What a piece of shit this country is…
