Apple shrinked the iPod mini and labeled it iPod nano.
Another piece of art despite the fact of not being the best when speaking about technical features. But that’s not the reason why people buy iPod. They like it being simple, easy to use, tightly integrated with iTunes and they will also appreciate the fact that car makers will include a phone jack to connect to it very soon :-)
